Stephanie has been inspiring people to adhere to a healthy and fit lifestyle for over 25 years. “I could not wish for a better career. It is an amazing feeling knowing that I am making a difference, directly and indirectly, in helping clients have a better quality of life. My goal is to develop a program that offers the support and accountability clients need to adhere to a healthy and active lifestyle.”

Stephanie is a CSULB alumni where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (Secondary Teaching) / Fitness and completed Post Graduate courses. She has worked as a Group Exercise Instructor, Fitness Staff/Coordinator, Health Club Manager, Fitness Facility Owner & Operator (Cardio Beat Fitness 1/06- 1/13), Franchise Owner (Baby Boot Camp Long Beach 2/05-11/14), Personal Trainer, and more in over 15 local Health Clubs, Training Studios, and Corporate Fitness Centers. She has inspired and motivated over 5,000 clients to adhere to an active lifestyle. Stephanie works with all fitness levels, conditions (diabetics, hypertension, cancer, hip/knee replacements, etc.) pre & post-natal, post-rehab and all ages (2-84).

Although she has many fitness/wellness programs to choose from, her 28 Day Transformation Program and Lifestyle Fitness Program have great success rates and educate clients on proper techniques and form. Stephanie incorporates a uniquely structured and individualized program, addressing each client’s specific physical and medical history. Her programs provide the accountability you need to be successful to attain your fitness/wellness and goals.

Stephanie feels that a balanced nutrition & exercise program is the key to a long & healthy life. Consistency is the KEY!!

Stephanie keeps her national recognized certification (American Council on Exercise (ACE)) current by attending annual conventions (International Dance & Exercise Association (IDEA) & International Health & Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA)). She is also a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America (3rd generation).
