As a certified personal trainer, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their personal best in fitness by setting attainable goals with realistic expectations. Fitness is a lifestyle and a journey that can be filled with ups and downs. We live in a society where instant gratification rules, however in fitness that is not always the best long term solution. We want results that will last throughout time. With persistence and dedication long term results can be achieved and sustained.
I started my career in fitness at age 35, teaching Spinning and eventually moving into a variety of formats that included strength training, Pilates, yoga for athletes, PiYo, Aqua Aerobics and many others. At this point I decided I had better see what personal training is all about. I got my first personal trainer and loved it. I sought two accredited certifications and began training all within the same year. The personal attention to form and the knowledge I gained led me to the conclusion this was my next step in the fitness journey. I hope you will decide to take that next step with me!!
